Care.com is known as the world's largest online marketplace for finding and managing all kinds of care needs. My focus was primarily on campaigns within CRM email, onsite, acquisition and organic social channels. Within these channels, were seasonal campaigns (i.e. Back-to-School), ad-hoc emails and larger activations to tie in with all needs of care.
